Terms & Conditions: Evnex/Megger Trade Blitz Promotion

Promotion Period:
The promotion runs from 1 October 2025 to 31 January 2026. Entries are valid for all
qualifying purchases made within this period.

Eligibility:
Open to all registered Evnex trade partners with an active trade account at the time of entry.

Entry Criteria:
One entry is earned for every Evnex charger purchased via the New Zealand trade store during the promotion period, 1 October 2025 to 31 January 2026.
- Orders that consist only of either charging cables, mounting hardware and accessories are ineligible and will not constitute a valid entry.

Social Media Bonus Entries:
Participants can earn one additional entry per unique installation post on social media that:
- Tags @Evnex in the post, and includes a photo of a completed Evnex charger installation.
- There is no limit to the number of bonus entries, provided each post is unique and
represents a different installation.

Prize Details:
The prize is one (1) Megger EVCC300 Charger Checker (RRP $3,300 + GST). The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other products.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Friday, 6 February 2026 and notified via email or phone. If contact cannot be made within 14 days, a new winner may be drawn.

General Conditions:
Evnex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
